The Golf Pride CP2 Wrap® Standard Golf Grip combines high-performance technology with a soft, tacky feel to deliver exceptional comfort and control through every swing. Engineered with Golf Pride’s exclusive Control Core® technology—a 2.5" inner core stabilizer—it significantly reduces torque and clubhead twisting at impact, providing firm control usually found only in stiffer performance grips.

Featuring a larger lower hand geometry that simulates four extra layers of build-up tape, the CP2 Wrap reduces taper to promote equalized hand pressure, easing forearm tension for a smoother swing release. Finished in a stylish black and blue spiral-wrap design, its soft rubber compound dampens harsh vibrations while maintaining outstanding traction in all conditions.

Key Features

Control Core® Internal Stabilizer: 2.5" inner core insert reduces torsional twist at impact, ensuring precise face alignment and shot dispersion
Reduced Lower-Hand Taper Geometry: Simulates 4 extra layers of tape beneath the lower hand to encourage even grip pressure and fluid power transfer
High-Tack Soft Rubber Compound: Softest compound in the Golf Pride performance range, delivering high-friction tackiness and all-day comfort
Classic Spiral-Wrap Styling: Elegant black design with blue accent fill combines timeless wrap aesthetics with modern rubber performance
Vibration-Dampening Comfort: Soft outer layer absorbs harsh feedback on off-center hits to protect fingers, wrists, and elbows

Why We Like It

The CP2 Wrap Standard is ideal for golfers who want a soft, cushioned feel without sacrificing shot stability. The Control Core internal insert prevents the grip from feeling "squishy" or twisting during high-speed swings, giving you tour-level control wrapped in complete comfort.
