Dunes PGA equipment guide
Which Titleist GTS fits your swing?
GTS2, GTS3 and GTS4 form a connected progression of stability, launch, spin and adjustability. Each head also has two CG-depth configurations.

Three heads. A connected fitting spectrum.
A useful first comparison, not a substitute for testing. Strike, delivery, loft and shaft can all change which head performs best.

Supplier information translated into a practical starting point for a fitting.
| Model | Launch | Spin | Forgiveness | Flight tendency | Best starting point for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| GTS2 | High | Mid | Highest | Neutral | you want speed across the face and the highest-forgiveness profile in the GTS family |
| GTS3 | Mid | Low to mid | High | Highly adjustable | you want a traditional profile and benefit from both fore-aft and heel-to-toe CG control |
| GTS4 | Mid | Lowest | Moderate | Highly adjustable | high spin is clearly costing distance and a stronger flight improves carry and dispersion |

Plain-English guidance
Which GTS should you try?
The correct head is the one that produces the most useful combination of speed, launch, spin and dispersion for your swing.
Speed and stabilityGTS2
High launch with added stability
Consider this if: you want speed across the face and the highest-forgiveness profile in the GTS family
GTS2 combines a full 460cc shape with forward and aft weighting, allowing the fitter to alter CG depth, launch and spin.
Worth knowing: Moving weight forward can lower spin, but the most stable rearward setting may produce the better overall result.
Precise controlGTS3
Tune strike and ball flight
Consider this if: you want a traditional profile and benefit from both fore-aft and heel-to-toe CG control
GTS3 adds a SureFit CG Track to its dual-weight system, giving the fitter more control over directional performance and impact efficiency.
Worth knowing: Extra adjustability is valuable when guided by strike and ball-flight evidence, not guesswork.
Maximum spin reductionGTS4
Aggressive spin control
Consider this if: high spin is clearly costing distance and a stronger flight improves carry and dispersion
GTS4 provides the lowest-spin profile, now in a more forgiving 460cc shape with both CG-depth and heel-to-toe adjustability.
Worth knowing: Too little spin can make carry and off-centre performance worse. GTS4 must earn its place through the numbers.
The Dunes view
Use the guide, then prove it in a fitting.
GTS fitting is not simply choosing 2, 3 or 4. The fore and aft weighting changes launch, spin and face closure within each model, while GTS3 and GTS4 also add heel-to-toe control.
